The Main House & Reception
Across the street from Pupukea Marine Sanctuary. Private rooms for up to four with bunk beds, a shared full kitchen, two bathrooms and a lounge with cable TV.

The Back House
A three-story redwood pole house with a tree house feel, ocean views and wraparound decks. Rooms sleep two with a double bed or two twins.

Private studios
The Beach Building
Right on Pupukea Beach Marine Sanctuary. Studios with private bathrooms and a balcony or patio over the ocean. Large studios have full kitchens and sleep four.

Cabins and dorms
Plantation Village
Plantation worker cabins from 1946 on over an acre of tropical gardens, 200 meters from the Main House. Four cabins, rented whole or by the room, and hostel-style dorms.

Match the building to the trip.
Traveling solo or on a budget
Dorm beds at Plantation Village are $40 per bed, each dorm cabin has its own bathroom, and there is a fully stocked shared kitchen. Dorm guests need a foreign passport or out-of-state ID and a return ticket out of Hawaii.
A couple or two friends
A double room in the Back House ($100) or a semi-private room in the Main House ($95 for two guests).
A private studio by the beach
Standard studios from $175, or large studios with full kitchens that sleep four, $220.
A group or a family
Plantation Village cabins: Cabin 3 and Cabin 4 each sleep four, and Cabin 2 has rooms for up to ten people. Children are not allowed in the Main House or the Back House.

Good to know
Two night minimum
Every stay is at least two nights. Stay seven nights and take 10% off.
A request, confirmed by email
The reservation form is a request. Your stay is confirmed when you hear back from us by email.
Deposit and cancellation
A deposit of half the total is charged 30 days before arrival, and you can cancel free of charge until then. After that it is non-refundable, with a 24 hour grace period if you book inside 30 days. Same-day bookings are non-refundable.
Cards we accept
Mastercard, Visa and American Express.
Bring ID and proof of onward travel
A valid driver license or passport, and proof of onward travel such as a return ticket. Full private room types are exempt from the onward travel requirement.
Dorm guests
Dorm reservations need a foreign passport or an out-of-state ID, and a return ticket out of Hawaii. You cannot check in without both.
No children in the Main House or the Back House
Children are welcome in the Beach Building and at Plantation Village.
Office hours and late arrivals
The office is open 8am to 7pm. If you arrive after 7pm, call and email us first for after-hours check-in instructions.
