01 The building
Right on Three Tables.
The Beach Building sits right on Pupukea Beach Marine Sanctuary, or as the locals call it, Three Tables Beach, which has some of the best diving and snorkeling on the island in the summer months (May to September).
Waimea Bay is a very short walk down the road, with cliff jumping, bouldering on the beach, a waterfall and, in winter, world class surfing. Sharks’ Cove, on the other side of the building, has amazing scuba diving for beginners and advanced divers, free diving and snorkeling, and is perfectly safe from sharks.
Studios come with a mix of double, single and twin beds, some with bunk beds in unique combinations, so they suit many types of travelers. All you need is a beach towel and suntan lotion.

Good to know
Two night minimum
Every stay is at least two nights. Stay seven nights and take 10% off.
A request, confirmed by email
The reservation form is a request. Your stay is confirmed when you hear back from us by email.
Deposit and cancellation
A deposit of half the total is charged 30 days before arrival, and you can cancel free of charge until then. After that it is non-refundable, with a 24 hour grace period if you book inside 30 days. Same-day bookings are non-refundable.
Office hours and late arrivals
The office is open 8am to 7pm. If you arrive after 7pm, call and email us first for after-hours check-in instructions.
